SERVICE WARRANTY POLICY — ZADSMART SDN BHD

1. Warranty Coverage
Zadsmart Sdn Bhd provides a limited service warranty to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality. This warranty applies to cleaning services performed by our team, including Specific Cleaning and General Cleaning, based on the agreed scope of work stated in the quotation or invoice.

2. Warranty Period
2.1 The cleaning service warranty is valid for a period of three (3) days from the date of service completion.
2.2 Any service-related concerns must be reported within this 3-day period. Requests received after the warranty period may not be eligible for corrective action.

3. Warranty Claims
3.1 Clients who are not satisfied with the cleaning results may contact Zadsmart Sdn Bhd through our official phone number or email.
3.2 The Company will review the claim and may arrange for inspection, partial re-cleaning, or corrective action where deemed reasonable and within the original service scope.

4. Warranty Limitations
This warranty does not cover:

  • Requests beyond the agreed service scope

  • New dirt, stains, or conditions occurring after service completion

  • Damage caused by third parties, environmental factors, or misuse of the premises

  • Pre-existing conditions not disclosed prior to service

  • Landscaping and pest control services unless otherwise stated in writing

5. No Refund Policy
This Service Warranty does not constitute a refund entitlement. All payments remain non-refundable as stated in the Company’s Refund Policy.

6. Company Rights
Zadsmart Sdn Bhd reserves the right to determine the appropriate corrective action and schedule based on operational availability and reasonable assessment.
