PAYMENT POLICY — ZADSMART SDN BHD

1. Accepted Payment Methods
Zadsmart Sdn Bhd accepts payments exclusively through the following methods:

• PFX e-Banking

• Atome

No other payment methods shall be considered valid unless officially approved in writing by the Company.

2. Payment Requirement
2.1 Full payment or agreed deposit must be made prior to the commencement of any Services unless otherwise stated in the official quotation or invoice.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to decline, postpone, or suspend Services if payment has not been successfully completed.

3. Payment Verification
3.1 The Client is responsible for ensuring accurate payment details during the transaction process.
3.2 Services will only be confirmed once payment has been verified by the Company’s system or finance team.

4. Instalment Payments via Atome
4.1 For payments made through Atome, the Client agrees to comply with Atome’s terms, conditions, and approval requirements.
4.2 Zadsmart Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for any charges, penalties, or disputes arising between the Client and Atome.

5. Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made are non-refundable once Services have been scheduled and/or completed, in accordance with the Company’s Terms and Conditions.

6. Pricing and Charges
6.1 All prices quoted are based on the agreed scope of work.
6.2 Any additional services requested beyond the approved quotation may result in additional charges payable by the Client.

7. Payment Disputes
Any payment-related disputes must be reported to Zadsmart Sdn Bhd promptly. The Company reserves the right to review and resolve such matters at its sole discretion.

8. Policy Updates
Zadsmart Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend this Payment Policy at any time. The latest version published by the Company shall prevail.
