REFUND POLICY — ZADSMART SDN BHD

Zadsmart Sdn Bhd practices a strict no-refund policy once any service has been carried out, either fully or partially. This policy is implemented due to the allocation of manpower, scheduling commitments, operational preparation, and service execution costs.
2. Non-Refundable Services
2.1 All payments made for Specific Cleaning, General Cleaning, Landscaping, Pest Control, or any related services are non-refundable after service commencement.
2.2 The Client acknowledges and agrees that completed services cannot be reversed or refunded.
3. Service Warranty & Customer Support
3.1 While refunds are not provided, Zadsmart Sdn Bhd is committed to service quality and customer satisfaction.
3.2 If the Client is not satisfied with the service outcome, the Client may contact the Company within the warranty period for review.
3.3 The Company will assess the concern and, where reasonable, provide corrective action or re-service within the original scope of work.
4. Warranty Limitations
The service warranty does not cover:

Issues caused by third parties or environmental factors after completion

5. Dispute Resolution
All service concerns must be communicated promptly to allow fair assessment. Zadsmart Sdn Bhd reserves the right to determine the appropriate corrective action at its sole discretion.
6. Policy Updates
Zadsmart Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version published shall prevail.
